The rise in conversation about mental health over the last few years has been huge. But what does this mean for your social media strategy? Are young people really going on digital detoxes? Simon will be presenting the findings from 10 focus groups of 18-25 year olds across the UK. We want to uncover how self-aware young people are about the pro’s and con’s of social media usage.
